which undergo a thorough control by means of word-wide quality measuring apparatus on each step 
of the production process :

Step I – preparation of casting tools. In order to achieve accurate dimensions of the cast the tools 
(moulds, core boxes, plates) undergo a thorough dimension control at coordinates measurement center 
before they are used in the production process. In addition, they are made subject to periodical testing 
during the period of usage each time after the completion of a certain number of casts. 

Step II – chemical constitution of liquid metal, its temperature and composition, temperature 
and humidity of moulding sand are currently controlled and corrected during the casting process. 

Step III – during the process of cooling of casts proper amount of the process duration time is kept 
so as to eliminate internal stresses. Once the cooling process is completed casts are subject to required 
testing of resistance parameters. 

Step IV – the cast is given appropriate surface appearance during the process of its cleaning and 
grinding, which is subject to visual control and surface roughness testing. 

Step V – mechanical working (pressing, drilling, grinding, balance) – with the completion of each of the 
mentioned operations products undergo dimensional control in order to check whether they are 
comprised in set up dimensional tolerances. 

Step VI – final control, maintenance and package. Once the production process is completed the good 
are subject to 100% quality control. 
The next step is to maintain the product with the use of a special maintaining emulsion, to wrapped 
it up with a foil and pack it in an individual ready-made cardboard box in order to prevent it from 
any damage. 

Product control at each production step is carried out by experienced, properly trained staff by means 
of high quality measuring appliances.
