ATM MIKODA is currently a leading manufacturer of drums and brake disks on the market. Drums and brake 
disks mechanical working plant is located in Częstochowa, ul. Podhalańska 10. The total building area of 
productive halls, warehouses and offices amounts to 3200 m2. In addition, there are possibilities of further 
development since the company has in its possession an area of 8000 m2. Furthermore, the fleet of machines 
consists of CNC lathes, working centers, multispindle drills and other specialistic machines supporting the 
manufacturing process of brake disks and drums. The company employs over 100 employees. Moreover, 
current productive capacity allows for the production of up to1 500 000 pieces of drums and brake disks 
annually. The fleet of machines allows for the production of goods of overalldimentions of up to 
600x600x500 mm and achieving very high working tolerance, for instance:

- opening size tolerance - 0,01 mm
- opening spacing tolerance - 0,05 mm
- surface flatness tolerance - 0,05 mm
- roughness - 0,25 RA
- whipping - 0,01 mm

Thanks to well trained and skilled crew responsible for the implementation of new products to manufacturing 
process and our own tool-room, pattern shop as well as specialistic software we are able to open a productive
line of a new product in a very short time upon receiving of a drawing. 

The plant is equipped with a modern measuring and control apparatus which controls respective good’s 
parameters, such as: chemical constitution, resistance, hardness, dimensions, dynamic and visual parameters,
on each level of its manufacturing process. Thus, what is achieved are the required product’s quality, service
life and high functional qualities.
